I wish I had saved the texts from when you and I were talking about going to prom. While I didn’t end up going with you, you said some really nice things, and I wish I still had them. I’m kind of happier that we didn’t go together, because Logen was a hotter date than you would have been, I had a blast with my friends, danced with you anyway, and wasn’t the date you ditched, like you seem to do at every dance (you did it at homecoming, too, junior and senior year). I liked you for a little bit, but then I really thought about it. I like that you are a genuine person, much more than a lot of people our age. So I don’t really want to date you, I just really like you as a person. I’m just really glad you are a part of my life, even if it’s not a lot, and it’s only for a short amount of time. Who knows what’ll happen after we graduate. You’ve been a great friend to me and I thank you for that. So heres to hanging out more, and being better friends.
